The Forge is a place to hammer out ideas, names, plans, and pitches until they hold their shape, operated by Resonant Catalyst. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Responses are generated by an AI system and are for thinking and reflection only. See our Disclaimer for what the Fellow is and is not. Verify anything important with the qualified humans in your life before acting on it.
MyFounderFellow is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Fellow for personal or commercial gain. This includes, without limitation:
You also agree not to use the service unlawfully, to abuse or attempt to circumvent the system, or to use it in a way that would require a license or credential you do not hold.
Enforcement. Violating this Acceptable Use section is grounds for Resonant Catalyst to suspend or terminate your access or membership, at our discretion and without refund.
You retain ownership of what you share with the Fellow. You are responsible for what you bring, and for making sure you have the right to share it. See Care for Your Information for how we protect what you share.
The MyFounderFellow name, design, prompts, and software are the property of Resonant Catalyst. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, or create derivative products from the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant Catalyst accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken based on content from the service, or for outcomes based on incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information. The service is provided to help you think, not to decide for you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may also suspend or end the service, or your access to it, as described above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
